4 cups cooked and drained chick peas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a jelly-roll pan just large enough to hold the chick peas in one layer, toss the oil with the chick peas. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until they are browned slightly. Sprinkle with the chili powder. Serve warm as a great snack.
