Chickpea Nibbles

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com.

4 cups cooked and drained chick peas
2 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder, or Zip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a jelly-roll pan just large enough to hold the chick peas in one layer, toss the oil with the chick peas. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until they are browned slightly. Sprinkle with the chili powder or Zip. Serve warm as a great snack.
