Grilled Apples over Brie

1-2 firm but sweet apples
Core apples. Slice into wedges or rings. Heat stove top grill. Brush both sides of apple slices with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on hot grill and gently cook, browning apples slightly on both sides. Add ginger as desired. Drizzle the brie with the honey. Place the cooked slices on top of the brie and serve with crackers or thinly sliced French bread or baguettes.
