Veggie Nibbles

Just Dried Vegetables
lightly salted peanuts
snipped dried Blenheim apricots (San Benito County, of course!)
organic cereal flakes (Nature's Path Heritage Flakes)
organic pita bread snacks (Garden of Eatin)

Combine about 1/2 cup of each, toss and eat as a great snack. Also wonderful with greens for a salad, and also over ice cream as a dessert!
