Green Beans with Serrano Ham

1/4 cup water
In heavy bottomed saute pan or skillet with a lid, heat the water until it is just at the boiling point. Wash and trim the beans, leaving the tail end entact. When water is ready, add the beans and quickly put on the lid. Time for 3 minutes, do not peek. When done, transfer beans to a beautiful serving platter. Snip the Serrano over and sprinkle with oil. Serve immediately.
