Carrot Juice Refresher

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at

1 cup carrot juice per person
1 celery stalk
1 thin spear of jicama
olives, if desired

If you have a centrifigul vegetable juicer, get it out and make your fresh carrot juice. Otherwise, purchase fresh carrot juice. Pour into a stemmed glass, and garnish with a celery stick and a jicama stick which has been adorned by a stuffed olive, if desired.
