Orange Marmalade Rice

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at

1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup seedless raisins
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups cooked rice

Using a fork, fold marmalade and raisins into the rice, being careful not to mash the rice grains, adding salt if necessary. Pack firmly into a well buttered 1 quart ring mold. Microwave 4 minutes on full power. Unmold immediately onto platter. Serve with curry dishes.
