Orange Marmalade Rice

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Cook up some rice ahead of time and then make and serve this...

1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup raisins or currants
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
4 cups cooked rice, white or brown, etc.....

Using a fork, fold marmalade, raisins and salt into the cooked rice, being careful not to mash the rice grains. Pack firmly into a well buttered glass or ceramic baking dish or a glass or ceramic 1 quart ring mold. Heat in microwave 4 minutes, or 1 - 2 more to get it nice and warm . Unmold immediately onto platter. Serve!
