This is such a fabulous appetizer, or snack, or picnic food, or brunch... If not using a food processor, just very finely dice the ingredients. Either way works! 1/2 cup fresh parsley Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In food processor with steel chopping blade in place, combine parsley, garlic, shallot, and nuts. Process until finely chopped. Blend in oil, salt, pepper and soft butter. Remove mixture from processor to a bowl. Cut the top off of each roll about 1/2 inch down. Hollow out the bread as much as possible and then process the insides into crumbs, using the food processor again with the steel chopping blade in place. Spread some of the butter mixture into the bottom of each bread shell, and then layer with shrimp, the remaining butter mixture, and top with bread crumbs to fill the shells. Drizzle with the wine. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and bake 15 minutes. Cover with the tops and bake another 8-10 minutes, or until heated. Slice and serve, hot or cold.
