Simply a nice chicken main dish to serve with bread or biscuits, etc. 3 - 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned Cut chicken into smaller serving sized pieces. Dust chicken with flour, salt and pepper. Heat heavy bottomed skillet with about 1-2 tablespoons butter. When hot, add the floured chicken pieces. Cook about 3 - 4 minutes stirring often, until browned and cooked through. Set chicken pieces aside. Add remainng butter, green pepper, onion and mushrooms to skillet and cook 2-3 minutes. Combine sauterne, stock, and spices. Add to the onion mixture and stir.
