Chili Wedges

8-10 canned whole green mild chilies (roast your own, or use 1-2 cans)
1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
5 eggs
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Line a 9 inch quiche or pie plate with the split and opened chilies, covering the bottom and sides. Combine remaining ingredients, and carefully pour into the lined pie plate. Microwave on full power 8-10 minutes, or until set. Cool before cutting into wedges.
