See Also: Appetizers Chili Wedges8-10 canned whole green mild chilies (roast your own, or use 1-2 cans) Line a 9 inch quiche or pie plate with the split and opened chilies, covering the bottom and sides. Combine remaining ingredients, and carefully pour into the lined pie plate. Microwave on full power 8-10 minutes, or until set. Cool before cutting into wedges.
