Trout with Wild Rice and Walnuts

1/2 cup pearl rice
1/2 cup wild rice
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon sherry

2-3 fresh trout

Combine rice, water, salt, pepper and butter in a covered casserole. Microwave on 1/2 power for 15 minutes, then on full power for 10 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes. Add walnuts, parsley and sherry. Tuck into trout and arrange on a flat plate. Sprinkle with paprika and lemon juice. Microwave about 3 minutes per trout, or until fish flakes easily.
