Shrimp Rice Pancakes

From Dorothy McNett's recips at Serve with vegetables or salads!

1 egg
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons soft butter
1 1/4 cups all purpose unbleached flour
1 teaspoon raw sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup brown rice krispies
1 cup cooked small baby shrimp

In batter bowl combine egg, milk, butter, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and beat with beater or whisk until smooth. Add rice krispies and shrimp. Make pancakes. Serve with vegetables, with perhaps a touch of wasabi or other creamy horseradish sauce.
