Ham with a special spicey sweet sauce! 1 ham, your choice of size and shape Score the ham into diagonal slices on the top and then bake until done. In meantime, puree the mangos in food processor. Combine all of the remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. When ham is done, spoon some of the sauce over the top and bake 15 minutes more to glaze the ham nicely.
