Grilled Swordfish with Herbs

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at

4 swordfish steaks

1 teaspoon each of rosemary, sage, thyme and oregano
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper

Marinate the steaks in the herb mixture at least 2-3 hours. Using a stove top grill, heat with a bit of olive oil and cook steaks about 2 minutes on each side. Serve over a bed of baby greens.
