Peanut Butter Bread (or Almond Butter)

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at So easy and so delicious! Cool and then slice. Wonderful as an appetizer with sliced pears and brie cheese.

2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter or almond butter or a combo
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and beat well for about one minute. Pour batter into oiled 9 inch loaf pan. Bake 50-55 minutes.
