From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com. A great way to use a loaf of unsliced bread and several different sandwich fillings.
1 unsliced loaf bread
Prepare the fillings as desired. Cut loaf of bread horizontally into 4 equal slices. Spread one side of each of the three slices with softened buter. Place one slice, buttered side up, on a beautiful serving board or plate. Spread evenly with one of the fillings. Repeat with next layer and filling, etc. Top with remaining bread slice. Garnish and slice with a serrated bread knife.
