Layered Mints

1/2 pound white chocolate
1 pound dark chocolate
2-3 drops peppermint oil

Microwave dark chocolate 2-3 minutes on High. Spread half onto waxed-paper lined baking sheet. Allow to set to slightly harden. Microwave white chocolate 1-2 minutes on High, stir in oil. Spread gently over cooled bottom layer. Allow to set, then spread remaining chocolate over all. Allow to set at room temperature, then cut into small squares.
