Steam prawns. I arrange them on a Pyrex or other glass plate with the tails facing to the center. For a better presentation at serving time, skewer each prawn with a bamboo skewer or long toothpick to keep them from curling as they cook. Cover with waxed paper or a large green lettuce leaf. Cook on high for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, just until they are starting to turn pink. Do not overcook! Cool and remove the picks. To serve, shape a serving of the sushi rice with the palm of your hand into an oblong shape. Place on serving plate. Dollop with a bit of wasabi. Arrange a prawn over the top.
