Salad with Soy Dressing
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. A tossed green salad made to order, and nice with just a pinch of Korean Fermented Red Pepper Paste added to the dressing.

Wash and spin dry the vegetables and place in a large flat salad bowl along with your choices of additions such as pears, apples, dried fuits, nuts etc.. Whisk together the vinegar, sugar and Tamari. Whisk in peppers. Pour over, toss and serve.
