Chocolate Dipped Apricots with Cocoa Nibs

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

dried Blenheim apricots (San Benito County, of course!)
1/2 pound dark chocolate chips
cocoa nibs

Melt the chocolate in a glass measuring cup in microwave oven for about 1 minute. Stir to finish melting. Dip cots and place on parchment lined plate. Sprinkle with some cocoa nibs. Allow to harden, about 30 minutes.
