Mexican Chocolate Whipped SauceFrom Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Serve just a small amount along with Mexican Celebration Cookies. Or make a cherry pie and dollop some of this over each piece just before serving. 2 cups heavy whipping cream Whip the cream, gently whipping in the sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and vanilla. Serve in coffee as a special treat, or spread over a cake. This is nice served in a small dessert cup or dish (just a small amount per person) along with cookies or other desserts such as cherry pie, etc. .
