Pierogies with Fruit Filling

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com. Follow basic pierogi recipe, using this filling. When done, brush with melted butter or soft cream cheese.

4 cups fresh blueberries, or other fruits such as raspberries
1 tablespoon sugar

Combine fruit and sugar and use immediately for the filling.
