Chicago Beer Spread with Hot Dogs
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. No Midwestern fish fry would be without a cheese mixture lavishly spread over rye bread slices or on hot dog buns. Delicious!
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar
In food processor with steel chopping blade in place, combine the cheeses, Worcestershire, garlic, mustard and enough beer to make a spreading consistency. Spread over hot dogs and buns or rye bread and serve!
