Stone Fruit Sorbet

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com.

4 cups diced fresh peaches or nectarines
1/2 cup white wine, champagne or apple juice
4 tablespoons honey

Toss all ingredients together and freeze several hours or overnight. When ready to serve, whirl in food processor or blender. Serve immediately.
