Vermicelli with Truffle Oil

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe book at Use black or white truffle oil. (Truffle oil is infused in extra virgin olive oil)

freshly made vermiceli, or other thin freshly cooked pasta
droplets of truffle oil
sea salt

Cook pasta as directed on package, or no longer than 3 minutes if freshly made. Pile the cooked pasta onto a beautiful platter, sprinkle with truffle oil (careful! not too much but just enough!) and a little salt and pepper. Garnish with snipped herbs, perhaps a little freshly grated cheese, and if in season some sliced wonderful heirloom tomatoes.
