I will let you add some diced salami, cheese, bread cubes, etc. if you promise not to push the greens aside and only eat the extra additives!
1/2 - 1 cup fresh parsley
Wash each vegetable carefully. Snip and dice into manageable pieces. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and seeds. Toss and serve immediately.
