Serve with good quality potato chips and vegetable chips, over fresh greens or as a side dish to any meat or poultry dishes. 1 cup roasted hazelnuts (try the smokey ones!) In food processor with steel chopping blade in place chop nuts and garlic coarsely. Add apple chunks, jalapeno halves, salt, zest and juice of lime, sugar, and cilantro.
