See Also: Candies Toasted Almond Bark1/2 cup almonds or hazelnuts Place almonds or hazelnuts and butter in glass measuring cup. Microwave on High 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave another 1-2 minutes, or as needed to toast. Place white chocolate in large measuring cup. Microwave on High 2 minutes. Blend in almonds and spread onto waxed paper or silpat to harden.
