For Our Sauces
So that you will be able to sample all of the sauces being made tonight...I will have some cooked shrimp, prawns, chicken breasts, fish and beef ready for slathering, dolloping, and drizzling. You will need a grill pan or a heavy bottomed saute pan, olive oil and other oil selections, fresh and dried herbs, salt, pepper. Keep it simple so that the sauces will be the flavor highlight!
