Chocolate Mousse

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Use about equal amounts of melted chocolate to silken tofu, using any good quality chocolate of choice. Serve with Chocolate Mint Sauce and chocolate covered cherries for a perfect Valentine's dessert.

1/2 pound dark chocolate
1/2 pound silken tofu (1/2 pkg standard size)
1/4 cup marcona almonds

1/4 - 1/2 pound white chocolate
1/4 - 1/2 pound silken tofu

Melt the dark chocolate. Using a food processor or a blender, whirl the melted chocolate with the silken tofu to make a light and fluffy mixture. Place a few of the marcona almonds in the bottom of each beautiful stemmed glass or espresso cup. Pour or scoop the mousse over the almonds. Repeat porcedure to make another layer of white chocolate mixture, if desired. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve quietly and then let everyone swoon and ask for the recipe.
