Blueberry Butter

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at This is perfect over hot muffins, pancakes and waffles.

1 cup butter
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Soften butter but do not melt. Place in food processor with steel chopping blade in place and whirl to make it fluffy, adding the blueberries and salt. Process just until it is soft and fluffy, with still some blueberries a little chunky. Serve soft as is, or shape it into a log or brick, refrigerate and then slice with a warm knife for serving.
