1 -1 1/2 cups raw almonds
Place raw almonds with their husks still on in a glass or ceramic measuring cup. Drizzle with about 1/2 teaspoon olive oil. Cook in microwave for 1 minute. Stir and cook another 1 minute. Stir and perhaps cook another 30 seconds...it all depends on quantity, your microwave oven, etc. They will smell wonderful, and will be just beginning to brown a bit. Cool and use or eat as directed!
