Prosciutto Appetizer

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe book at Take these ingredients and just create!

some cooked potato gnocchi (try our ready-to-cook ones)
a bit of Bavarian Bleu cheese
slices of prosciutto

Allow the cooked gnocchi to cool to room temperature. If they are large, cut them in half. Slather a bit of the blue cheese around each gnocchi piece and wrap with a slice of prosciutto. You may need to use toothpicks to hold them together nicely. Arrange on a beautiful platter and serve.
