Dip for Artichokes and More

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. This dip is PERFECT with freshly cooked Castroville artichokes. The bottled B & R Farms Apricot Red Pepper Topping (from Hollister, Ca) is wonderful mixed with either your own homemade mayonnaise or a bottled variety.

2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoons B & R Apricot Red Pepper Topping

Whisk together equal portions of mayo and topping until blended. Serve in a beautiful dipping bowl, tear off leaves of freshly cooked artichokes and dip away! And, don't forget to eat the heart of the choke, as well!
