From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Sounds strange but my class of 10 eager taste testers found this to be a perfect ending to a full meal! Try it!
4 - 5 cups seedless red grapes
Wash grapes well, removing all stems. Place in glass or ceramic batter bowl along with sugar and chili pepper. Cook in microwave 5 minutes. Stir well. Cook another 1-2 minutes as needed. Some grapes pop open, most stay whole and lots of natural juicing occurs. Cool completely. Serve in individual small sherbet glasses. Dollop on about 1 teaspoon creme fraiche and sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon of the nibs.
