Grape Dessert

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Sounds strange but my class of 10 eager taste testers found this to be a perfect ending to a full meal! Try it!

4 - 5 cups seedless red grapes
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/4 teaspoon or more of dried chili pepper flakes
creme fraiche
dark chocolate covered cocoa nibs

Wash grapes well, removing all stems. Place in glass or ceramic batter bowl along with sugar and chili pepper. Cook in microwave 5 minutes. Stir well. Cook another 1-2 minutes as needed. Some grapes pop open, most stay whole and lots of natural juicing occurs. Cool completely. Serve in individual small sherbet glasses. Dollop on about 1 teaspoon creme fraiche and sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon of the nibs.
