Sensational Beef Burgers

2 pounds lean ground beef
Combine ground beef, cheese, jam, pepper, salt and snipped parsley. Shape into desired sized patties. Sprinkle with a bit of flour, adding more if needed. Patties need to hold their shape and not be too sticky. Heat a heavy bottomed griddle (cast iron is great) and cook burgers to your desired doneness. These are also wonderful grilled outside, being careful not to cook too quickly over really hot coals due to the cheese. Gentle heat is best! When done, serve in buns with baby greens and any other desired condiments.
