Tartufata and Cheese

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe book at www.dorothymcnett.com. Tartufata is a tapenade made from mushrooms, truffles and olives. Serve with Champagne or Chardonnay.

Tartufata (available in jars)
crackers or bread slices
thinly sliced cheese

Place a thin slice of good quality cheese on a good quality cracker and dollop with a bit of the tapenade. Careful...a little goes a long ways!
