Green Salad with Fresh Apricot Dressing

4-5 juicy ripe Blenheim apricots, pitted
In food processor with steel chopping blade in place, whirl the apricots with the basil, and then add remaining ingredients to make a thickened dressing. Pile greens into a beautiful salad bowl, drizzle on the dressing, toss and serve.
