Honey Shake-Up or Honey Freeze-Up

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. So simple, so delicious. Use as a palate cleanser between courses, or as a snack anytime of the day. Local honey only!

1/2 cup real yogurt (Greek style is wonderful)
1-2 tablespoons real local honey

Drizzle honey over yogurt. Eat with a spoon and enjoy. Or, whisk or blend together and drink it. Or whisk and blend and then put it into a beautiful mug or cup and freeze. Fresh fruits can also be added, as desired.
