From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. According to Greek mythology, a lovely nymph named Mentha (thus the name mint) was involved with Pluto. When Pluto's wife Persephone found out about the affair, she turned Mentha into an aromatic herb.....and now the power of food!
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (organic Clover Farms, for instance)
Whip the cream just to soft peaks. With kitchen shears, snip the fresh mint leaves finely and gently stir them into the cream.
