Fresh Fruit with Tea Cream

fresh fruit of the season
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 -2 tablespoons powdered Matcha green tea
1-2 teaspoons honey, as desired
sponge cake or crispy ladyfinger style cookies, if desired

Dice fruit into desired serving sized pieces, adding just a bit of sugar or honey if needed. Place in beautiful serving bowls. Whip the cream and whip in the powdered tea and honey. Dollop onto frehs fruit and serve with cake or cookies, or just as is! Very refreshing.
