Balsamic and Olive Oil Dressing

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Use on fresh greens, drizzle over cooked vegetables, use a few drops over cooked fish, and learn to season it as desired with salt, pepper, snipped herbs, dried herb blends, etc.

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons good quality balsamic vinegar

salt, pepper, herbs

In glass measuring cup whisk the oil and vinegar. Whisk in your seasonings, usually just a pinch of salt will do! Adjust as you desire.
