Balsamic and Olive Oil Dressing
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Use on fresh greens, drizzle over cooked vegetables, use a few drops over cooked fish, and learn to season it as desired with salt, pepper, snipped herbs, dried herb blends, etc.
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
In glass measuring cup whisk the oil and vinegar. Whisk in your seasonings, usually just a pinch of salt will do! Adjust as you desire.
