Blue Cheese Creamy Green Salad

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

1 cup small curd cottage cheese
2-3 oz. blue cheese
2 green onions, finely snipped
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2-3 drops Tabasco or pinches of cayenne
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/4 cup sour cream
drizzles of extra virgin olive oil, as needed and desired

assorted fresh local lettuce and other greens (Swiss Chard!)
green peas (frozen or fresh)
etc. etc. etc don't be shy!

In bowl combine cottage cheese, blue cheese, onions, Worcestershire, hot sauce, honey and sour cream to blend well, adding some drizzles of olive oil if needed. Pour over your choice of salad greens, adding peas, radishes, grapes, etc. and toss and enjoy.
