Great with Goulash. 2 whole eggs Bring the soup or broth or water to a boil in a large stock pan. In meantime, in batter bowl whisk the eggs well and then whisk in the flour. The mixture will be fairly thick and it should drip slowly from a fork into long strips. If too thick, add a little water to get it just right. When liquid is rapidly boiling, drizzle the batter into the pan in as long strips as possible. Cook about 1-2 minutes. Drain and serve, adding salt and pepper as needed.
