Raspberry Green Salad

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com.

2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
1/2 teaspoon honey mustard, or Dijon mustard
6 really ripe raspberries
1 clove garlic, very finely minced
1/2 teaspoon honey or crystalline brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
freshly ground white peppercorns, as desired
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

fresh local salad greens (spinach, baby greens, lettuce, endive, romaine, etc!)
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
slivered or grated Parmigiano Reggiano

In glass measuring cup, whisk the vinegar, mustard and the 6 really ripe berries to mush them up a bit. Whisk in garlic, honey, salt, pepper and oil. Place your choices of greens in a beautiful bowl, toss in the dressing and the remaining whole berries. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
