Green Goddess Dressing

1 cup good quality mayonnaise
1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2-3 tablespoons finely minced onion
1 clove finely minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
a few grindings of fresh peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon honey or sugar
Combine and serve over crispy greens.
