Appetizer Sausages with Kraut, Cheese and Rye Bread

bratwurst or white sausages, as desired
sauerkraut, well drained
slivers of assorted Austrian/German/Swiss/French cheeses...
rye bread rounds
mustards, jams, horseradish sauce, as desired

Slice sausages into small rounds, slightly at an angle. Warm them in a heavy bottomed saucepan to lightly brown. Slice, arrange, serve, and eat!
