Avocado Salad

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. This makes a nice addition to a tamale meal!

1 avocado, nice and ripe
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon diced chili pepper, or chili ipowder or Zip
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon semi-coarse sea salt
1 cup good quality plain yogurt
2 - 3 tablespoons creamy blue cheese, if desired
crisp salad greens, such as romaine or iceberg lettuce, etc
radishes, onions, olives, herbs, etc as desired!

Mash the avocado with the garlic, chili pepper, salt and yogurt to blend well. Add cheese. Tear crisp greens into serving sized pieces and toss with the dressing, adding other delicious tidbits as desired.
