1-2 oranges or tangerines
Peel the oranges while holding over the serving dish to let the juices drip in. Cut oranges into chunks, removing seeds. Dice or slice the remaining fruits as needed, tossing with the oranges to coat. Sprinkle on the elderberry juice or vinaigrette. Top with a bit of coconut.
