Crumb Crust

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at Enough for 9 inch pie

about 18 graham crackers
1/3 cup unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon finely ground pepper (optional but it is really good in there!)
2 tablespoons sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In food processor with steel chopping blade in place, process graham crackers to crush them. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended. Press mixture firmly in an even layer against bottom and sides of 9 inch pie or quiche pan. Bake 10-12 minutes. Set aside to cool. Fill with your desired fruit filling.
