Japanese Cabbage Salad
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. This is a perfect companion to your sushi dinner. Easy to make, do it ahead a little bit so that the flavors blend. Of course radishes, celery, green onion, and etc. could also be added.
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
Shred the cabbage and place in a beautiful bowl. In glass measuring cup, whisk the remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage, toss together thoroughly.
